I'm a owner of a plot in the layout of CITI SITES on Bangalore Mysore road highway. It comes under the purview of Ramanagaram district, Sheshagiri Halli + Hejjala grama/village (Panchayat: Manchanayakanahalli).

If you are seeing this page, you are probably one of the plot owners. You may be aware of the sorry state of affairs with the layout. No development has taken place in the last 25 odd years after the layout was formed.

I'm sure many of you are promptly paying the property tax at Panchayat office in Manchanayakanahalli (near Anjaneya temple).

The purpose of us buying this property (investment or dwelling) is not getting fruitful due to the closing down of CITI SITES company. The company is not there anymore at Shivananda Circle and nobody knows where the owners are.

The office bearers in the panchayat office are not at all helpful in getting any information on when and how the layout will be developed so that we can realize the purpose of profit from real estate appreciation or start constructing a house for dwelling.

So, I have started this initiative as a starting point to bring together as many members of the CITI SITES layout and form an association through which we can fight and sort out this matter.

My sincere request to you is to join me in this initiative so that all of can make good of our hard earned money invested in the CITI SITES layout.
