Got in touch with K L Srinivasa, advocate of Srinivasulu Reddy, citi sites bangalore

After unsuccessfully trying to contact Srinivasulu Reddy many times to get contact number of his advocate, I got the number from sulekha.com yesterday (15th September 2014 around 16:56).


When Mr.K.L.Srinivas picked the phone, he was reluctant to talk. But when I said Mr.Srinivasulu Reddy asked me to contact you regarding citi sites layout, he said ok and asked to come and meet him.


Will update this site after discussions with him.

No response/cooperation from Srinivasulu reddy - citi sites developer

I called Srinivasulu Reddy around 13:05 twice on 5th September 2014. Not picking call.


I called Srinivasulu Reddy around 14:52 on 3rd September 2014. Not picking call.


I called Srinivasulu Reddy around 12:46 twice on 23rd August 2014. Not picking call.


I called Srinivasulu Reddy around 15:15 twice on 21st August 2014. Did not pick 1st call. Picked second call. Asked whether property is registered. He said that his Advocate Mr. K.L.Srinivas is now taking care of citi sites property matters.


Last I heard was he is also partner at CS residency lodge (near Movieland theatre in Majestic)

Contacted Srinivas Reddy (developer of citi sites bangalore)

Today I spoke to Mr.Srinivas Reddy, developer of citi sites layout in Hejjala, Bidadi hobli, Ramangaram.


He mentioned that the details are now maintained by accountant, another Mr.Srinivas who is in Seshadripuram. Will be getting his number tomorrow and contacting him.

Citi Sites Bangalore Khata Transfer Requirements

Last week, I was just checking Citi Sites Bangalore information on the Karnataka govt website for land records Bhoomi.




I was shocked to see that khata transfer has not been done for our sites. Am not publishing survey number was safety reasons. Citi Sites plot owners will know their respective survey numbers.


So, on 1st Aug 2014, I visited Manchanayakanahalli Panchayat office alongwith my lawyer friend and asked them about khata transfer. They gave the following list of documents to be produced for the same to be executed.

1. Valid attested photo ID copy of plot owner
2. Photo of the plot
3. Copy of conversion order
4. Application for khata transfer

Redressal consumer complaint against Citi Sites Bangalore

I was searching for more information on Citi Sites Bangalore to see if I can get in touch with someone.

There seems to be a case filed in the consumer court and an order passed against Citi Sites Bangalore for compensation.

Association for citi sites owners on bangalore-mysore road, Hejjala, Manchanayakanahalli

Citi Sites Layout, Hejjala, Ramnagara district

Hi Friends

I'm a owner of a plot in the layout of CITI SITES on Bangalore Mysore road highway. It comes under the purview of Ramanagaram district, Hejjala grama/village (Panchayat: Manchanayakanahalli).

If you are seeing this page, you are probably one of the plot owners. You may be aware of the sorry state of affairs with the layout. No development has taken place in the last 15 odd years after the layout was formed.

I'm sure many of you are promptly paying the property tax at Panchayat office in Manchanayakanahalli (near Anjaneya temple).

The purpose of us buying this property (investment or dwelling) is not getting fruitful due to the closing down of CITI SITES company. The company is not there anymore at Shivananda Circle and nobody knows where the owners are.

The office bearers in the panchayat office are not at all helpful in getting any information on when and how the layout will be developed so that we can realize the purpose of profit from real estate appreciation or start constructing a house for dwelling.

So, I have started this initiative as a starting point to bring together as many members of the CITI SITES layout and form an association through which we can fight and sort out this matter.

My sincere request to you is to join me in this initiative so that all of can make good of our hard earned money invested in the CITI SITES layout.

If atleast 4-5 people get together, we can finalize an approach to tackle the authorities and get our work done.
